What types of buildings do you service?

Offices, retail plazas, restaurants, condominiums, warehouses, medical clinics, schools and light industrial facilities across the GTA.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our plumbers are licensed in Ontario, and we carry full commercial liability insurance and WSIB coverage.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes. We build preventive maintenance plans around your building, with scheduled visits, reporting and priority booking.
Can you work after hours to avoid disrupting my business?

Our office is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 5 PM, and we can schedule work outside business hours on request.
How do quotes work?

We assess the site, then provide a clear written quote with scope, timeline and price before any work begins.
Do you work with general contractors?

Absolutely. We regularly partner with GCs, architects and property managers on new builds and tenant improvements.
